Navy Research Lab (NRL): Long Range BAA for Basic and Applied Research

NRL is interested in receiving proposals for Long-Range Science and Technology (S&T) Projects which offer potential for advancement and improvement of Navy and Marine Corps operations. NRL conducts basic and applied research for the Navy in a variety of scientific and technical disciplines. This BAA seeks proposals for: 

• Systems Directorate
• Materials Science and Component Technology Directorate
• Ocean and Atmospheric Science and Technology Directorate
• Naval Center for Space Technology
