CDMRP Peer Reviewed Cancer Research Program: Convergent Science Cancer Consortium Development Award

The Convergent Science Cancer Consortium Development aims to support  a diverse coalition of clinicians and scientists who have diverse experience in different disciplines and different cancers. PI and at least two additional co-PI's must be from different sites. One applicant must have experience in convergent science theory.

The proposal must address at least three of  the FY24 RCRP topic Areas listed below:

• Bladder cancer
• Blood cancers
• Brain cancer (excluding Glioblastoma)
• Colorectal cancer
• Endometrial cancer
• Esophageal cancer
• Germ cell caners
• Liver cancer
• Lymphoma
• Mesothelioma
• Metastatic cancers
• Myeloma
• Neuroblastoma
• Pediatric, adolescent, and young adult cancers
• Pediatric brain tumors
• Stomach cancer
• Sarcoma
• Thyroid cancer

Applications must also address at least one of the FY24 PRCRP Military Relevance Focus Areas:

• Environmental/exposure risk factors associated with cancer
• Gaps in cancer research that may affect mission readiness

It is expected that one award will be granted. 

Funding: $20,000,000 total
Duration: 4 years
