LRA 2024 Targeted Research Program on Engineered Cell Therapies for Lupus (TRP- ECT)

The TRP-ECT provides funding for projects that advance the development of potential engineered cell therapies with a clear and direct relevance to people with lupus. 

Two main types of studies will be considered:

1. Preclinical studies, including discovery and translational projects

2. Ancillary studies to ongoing or completed lupus engineered cell therapy clinical trials

Funding: $150,000 per year for discovery, translational and preclinical projects; $300,000 for clinical trial ancillary projects

Duration: 2 years
