Parkinson's UK: Non-drug approaches grants

This grant scheme aims to support and accelerate research to develop non-drug approaches for Parkinson's.

These may include:

• Speech and language, physiotherapy and occupational therapies
• Approaches to managing mental health 
• Lifestyle changes including exercise, dance and nutrition
• Aids and devices
• Complementary therapies 

The focus of the scheme is to improve quality of life for people affected by Parkinson's in the shorter term.

PI must be from UK institution. Co- applicants /collaborators may be Israeli.

Funding: £200,000 total
