The NSF-BSF joint funding program in Marine Oceanography with the Division of Ocean Sciences (GEO/OCE) of the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) will award grants in the following areas: 
- Physical Oceanography
- Chemical Oceanography
 

Funding: $80,000/ year for Israeli partner for experimental projects. $55,000/ for theoretical or computer based projects​
Duration: 3-5 years as per NSF decision
