CDMRP Peer Reviewed Cancer Research Program: Impact Award

The Impact Award supports high-impact and translational research that can accelerate promising findings toward clinical applicability.

Applications must address at least one of the Topic Areas listed below:
 

Applications must also address at least one of the FY26 PRCRP Military Relevance Focus Areas:

• Environmental/exposure risk factors associated with cancer

• Mission readiness and gaps in cancer research

The PRCRP strongly encourages investigators to collaborate, integrate, and/or align their research projects with DOW and/or VA research laboratories and programs.

It is expected that 30 awards will be granted for a single PI and 14 awards will be granted with PPIO. 

Funding: $1,500,000 total for single PI; $2,000,000 total for PPIO
Duration: 3 years
