2026 Research Grants

The Misophonia Research Fund (MRF) is dedicated to advancing a world where misophonia is scientifically understood and effective treatments are available to help anyone who is suffering. 

The scientific focus:

1. Characterization of Misophonia.

2. Development and Validation of Objective Methods.

3. Clinical and/or Animal Model Study of Interventional Approaches.

The fund offers Three funding tracks this year:

1. Research Impact Award
2. Data Discovery Award
3. Research Consortium Award (min. 2 partners) 

Funding: (1) $500,000 total; (2) $75,000 total (3) $1,500,000 total 

Duration: (1) 2-3 years; (2) 1-2 years (3) 2-3 years
