M-ERA.NET CALL 2025

M-ERA.NET aims to fund ambitious transnational RTD projects addressing materials research and innovation including materials for low carbon energy technologies and related production technologies. M-ERA.NET aims to strengthen the contribution of materials R&D to energy-related applications where applicable.

The Call 2023 includes the following thematic areas:

1. Sustainable advanced materials for energy
2. Innovative surfaces, coatings and interfaces
3. Advanced composites and lightweight materials[ASD1] 
4. Functional materials
5. Materials addressing environmental challenges
6. Next generation materials for advanced electronics

MOST is planning to award 3 grants for this call. 

Funding: €100,000 total for Israeli partner
Duration: 3 years

Research Authority Deadline: 23.4.25 (submission via MOST portal "Science Forefront")

Pre proposal (required) due date: 13.5.25

Full proposal due date: 19.11.25
