ERA-NET Neuron: 2025 Interdisciplinary Approaches to the Neuroscience of Pain

The aim of the call under ERA-NET Neuron  is to facilitate multinational, collaborative research projects that will address the neuroscience of pain. This research has the potential to enable earlier and more accurate diagnoses and facilitate the development of innovative, safe, effective, and accessible treatment strategies that recognise individual differences, paving the way for personalised pain management.

A consortium of 3-5 partners from a minimum of 3 countries is required. 

It is expected that 2 Israeli grantees will be awarded. 

Funding: €140,000 total for the Israeli partner (optional €20,000 for coordination)

Duration: 3 years
