| תיאור | The purpose of this grant is to provide a proof-of-principle for a novel strategy for Alzheimer's disease (AD) and AD-related dementias (ADRD) immunotherapies. Specifically, the goal is to examine whether a novel immunotherapeutic approach in cancer immunotherapy with chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) immune cells can be customized as treatments for AD/ADRD.
