Canine Wobbler Syndrome (cervical spondylomyelopathy)

The Morris Animal Foundation seeks applications for research studies that lead to the advancement of our understanding of causes and treatments for canine wobbler syndrome (cervical spondylomyelopathy).

Of particular interest are proposals that investigate genetic biomarkers and the genetic basis of Wobbler Syndrome as well as new advancements in medical, nutritional, surgical, immunotherapy, and complementary medicine interventions that hold promise for improving quality of life of large breed dogs affected by these conditions.
