This funding opportunity supports studies of disease prevention, promotion of health, novel diagnostics, innovative treatments, improved care, and the pathologic and molecular basis of disease. Clinical, experimental, and translational topics are invited, and may include longitudinal studies, comparative analyses, patient-focused outcome studies, complex data sets, and mechanistic investigations.
