CDMRP Prostate Cancer Research Program: Health Disparity Research Award

The mission of the Program is to find and fund research that will lead to the elimination of death from prostate cancer and enhance the well-being of men experiencing the impact of the disease.

The Health Disparity Research Award supports new ideas based on innovative concepts or methodologies for health disparity research. Studies are expected to improve the understanding of, and ultimately contribute to eliminating, disparities in prostate cancer incidence, morbidity, mortality, and survivorship.

It is expected that 8 awards will be granted. 

Funding:  $900,000 total 
Duration: 3 years
