The Packaging thrust at SRC is soliciting university proposals mainly to enable semiconductor evolution and address the challenges below: 

 

1. Design Enablement and Tools
2. Interconnects and Architectures
3. Power Delivery and Thermal Management
4. Metrology and Modeling
5. Materials

 

 

Funding: $95,000 per year 

Duration: 3 years

 

 

Research Authority due date: 15.6.22
