CDMRP Tick-Borne Disease Research program: Career Development Award

The TBDRP’s mission is to support research to understand the pathogenesis of Lyme disease and other tick-borne illnesses and to deliver innovative solutions to prevent, better diagnose, and treat their manifestations. To meet the intent of the award mechanism, applications su must address at least one of the following specific Focus Areas:

Prevention

Applicants must be an early-career research or physician scientist within 10 years of completion of his/her terminal degree and work with a mentor. 

It is expected that 3 awards will be granted. 

Funding: $300,000 total 

Duration: 3 years
