JTC 2020- ERA-CVD: Transnational Cardiovascular Research Projects driven by Early Career Scientists

ERA-CVD wish to promote multi-disciplinary work and translational research proposals. The scope of this call is to support translational research proposals led by Early Career Scientists in the field of cardiovascular diseases. Only one senior scientist is allowed per application. 

Topics for 2020 are: 

1. Novel strategies to identify risk factors for individual stratification of CVD for prevention, management and treatment recommendations
2. Innovative approaches to prevent or manage organ damage
3. Development of novel strategies for early recognition and prevention

A consortium of 3-5 partners from a minimum of 3 countries is required. if a partner from an underepresented country is included- 6 partners are allowed. 

Funding: €140,000 total for the Israeli partner (optional €20,000 for coordination)

Duration: 3 years
