The purpose of this BAA is to solicit proposals for RD-TT program requirements. The focus of this BAA is on discovering and accelerating innovations in the following areas:

1. Detection and defeat of the following persistent threats:

  • Waterborne IED
  • Booby Trapped Structures
  • Person-Borne IED
  • Radio Controlled IED
  • Buried IED
  • Airborne IED
  • Vehicle-Borne IED
  • Vehicle Attached IED
  • Anti-Armor IED
  • Improvised WMD
  • Tunnel-Borne IED
  • Homemade Explosives

2. Enabling Technologies

 

Funding: No fixed limit

Duration: 5 years
