DARPA seeks innovative proposals for the development of element-level digital beamforming array technology at millimeter wave frequencies. It is expected that this will be enabling hardware for multi-function, multi-beam phased array applications and emerging massive multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) techniques in communication and sensing.
