From Association to Function in the Alzheimer’s Disease Post-Genomics Era (R01)

This grant solicits innovative and collaborative research focused on understanding the structure and function of proteins or protein complexes regulated by different AD genetic variants that have been identified to be associated with the sporadic and late onset Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Specifically, identifying and developing more effective and integrated platforms to screen protein functions, protein-protein interaction, protein complexes and their regulation by AD genetic variants.
