The DAPRA Prometheus program seeks to advance our understanding of host molecular features that are predictive of infectious disease spreading potential by (1) collecting data, both retrospective and prospective, from relevant human respiratory infectious disease models, and (2) performing advanced, integrative analytics and predictive modeling to discover the molecular nature of host transmission potential and symptomatic response to pathogen.
