BD² (Breakthrough Discoveries for thriving with Bipolar Disorder Discovery) Discovery Grants Request for Applications Cycle 5

This RFA seeks to develop targeted and innovative research proposals that will examine the genetic, molecular, cellular, circuit, or behavioral mechanisms of bipolar disorder. 

Topics for this call include: 

• women’s health, sex differences, and the role of hormones in bipolar disorder.

• proposals that incorporate the BD² Integrated Network (see website).

Teams of 3-5 multidisciplinary scientists are invited to submit proposals. 

Funding: $1,250,000 per year for all partners

Duration: 4 years
