Proposals for this grant should include a program of correlative, translational research that will enhance the understanding of ALK-driven lung cancers.

• Impact of Co-Mutations and ALK Variants

• Tumor Microenvironment

• Metabolic Vulnerabilities

• Novel Therapies Beyond TKIs
