| תיאור | The program aims to achieve this by developing an encoder capable of utilizing a highly diverse suite of easily updateable error-correcting codes, including various code classes (e.g., ReedSolomon, Polar, etc.). TA1, Codec Design and Integration performers will aim to: 1. Develop and demonstrate an encoder that can leverage multiple classes of codes to adaptively improve communications in real time (a “universal” encoder), 2. Integrate the encoder with a “universal” decoder (e.g., a decoder capable of decoding many classes of codes using a single algorithm, such as a GRAND implementation) to create a universal codec, and 3. Integrate that codec into an existing, performer-nominated communication system.
