CDMRP Lung Cancer Research Program Concept Award

The goal of this program is to eradicate deaths from lung cancer to better health and welfare. The Concept Award supports the exploration of a highly innovative new concept or untested theory that addresses an important problem relevant to lung cancer.

Preliminary data is not required. 

Concept Award must select one of the two options below: 

• Care Delivery and Health Disparity
• Cancer Research Continuum

partnerships with investigators at Department of Defense (DoD) military treatment facilities and laboratories, and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) medical centers and research laboratories are strongly encouraged

It is expected that 2 Care Delivery and Health Disparity Concept Award applications and 10 Cancer Research Continuum Concept Award applications. grants will be awarded/
