CDMRP Tick-Borne Disease Research program: Idea Development Award

The TBDRP’s mission is to support research to understand the pathogenesis of Lyme disease and other tick-borne illnesses and to deliver innovative solutions to prevent, better diagnose, and treat their manifestations. The Idea Development Award pintends to support research that could lead to impactful discoveries or significant advancements that will accelerate progress toward improving Lyme disease and/or other tick-borne diseases research. To meet the intent of the award mechanism, applications must address at least one of the following specific Focus Areas:

Pathogenesis

It is expected that 5 awards will be granted. 

Funding: $600,000 total 

Duration: 3 years
