| תיאור | The Good Food Institute (GFI) is a global nonprofit building a sustainable, healthy, and just food system. GFI and its Science & Technology Team specifically work to catalyze research and development to improve the organoleptic properties, price point, and production capacity of plant-based and cell-based meat products. This RFP seeks proposals that develop data, materials, and/or processes to enable production of whole-cut meat and seafood products made from alternative proteins.
