Integrative Research to Understand the Impact of Sex Differences on the Molecular Determinants of AD Risk and Responsiveness to Treatment (U01)

This grant invites applications that apply a cross-disciplinary and team science approach to gain a comprehensive mechanistic understanding of the impact of sex differences on the molecular trajectories of brain aging on the phenotypes of risk and resilience to Alzheimer's disease (AD) and AD-related dementias (ADRD), and on the molecular determinants underlying responsiveness to pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions.
