| תיאור | This grant aims to support studies that characterize the structure of protein aggregates found in the Alzheimer's disease related dementias (ADRD) such as alpha-synuclein, Tau, TDP-43, TMEM106B, and FUS at a high, atomic-level resolution, using approaches such as cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM), cryo-electron tomogragraphy (cryo-ET), and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy.
