LRI C5 – Understanding normal adaptation vs pathology and gene expression time dependence

The purpose of this study is to develop a network approach by combining data streams from several omic measurements for example transcriptomics, epigenetics and metabolomics and apical/pathological endpoints to map evolution of molecular changes with pathological/toxicological change. 

Task 1 will be using existig data

Task 2 will collect/ create and analyze new omics data. 

Funding and duration:

Task1  €200,000 total for 1 year

Task 2  €300,000 total for 2-3 years
