תיאור

The SPS Programme seeks to enhance cooperation and dialogue with all partners through civil science and innovation. The programme offers grants for collaborative research and development projects, workshops, institutes, and training involving scientists from NATO nations and partner countries.

Priority areas include: 

- Facilitate cooperation on issues of common interest/international efforts to meet emerging security challenges: Counter-Terrorism, Energy Security, Cyber Defence, Defence against CBRN Agents, Environmental Security 

- Enhance support for NATO-led operations and missions
 
- Enhance awareness on security developments including through early warning, with a view to preventing crises: 
Security-related Advanced Technology, Border & Port Security, Mine /Unexploded Ordnance Detection and Clearance, Human and Social Aspects of Security related to NATO's strategic objectives.

- Any project related to NATO's Strategic Objectives. 

 

Funding: No fixed limit
Duration: 3 years

 

Project must be submitted with a partner in a NATO country.
